Qualifications

  • Fluent in Danish and proficient in English
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the iGaming sector
  • Interest in addiction psychology and player behavior
  • Strong empathy and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations with regulatory awareness

Responsibilities

  • Monitor player behavior to identify risk patterns
  • Proactively engage with at-risk players to offer support
  • Block underage accounts during registration processes
  • Review self-excluded accounts and manage refund cases
  • Maintain detailed documentation and case reports
  • Escalate high-risk cases with thorough analysis and recommendations
  • Contribute to the enhancement of Responsible Gaming procedures
  • Support internal training initiatives related to Responsible Gaming
