Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Monitor player behavior to identify potential risk patterns
  • Proactively engage with at-risk players to provide support and guidance
  • Block underage accounts during registration processes
  • Review and process self-excluded accounts and refund cases
  • Maintain comprehensive case reports and documentation
  • Escalate high-risk cases with thorough analysis and recommendations
  • Contribute to the enhancement of Responsible Gaming procedures
  • Support internal training initiatives related to responsible gaming
