Responsibilities

• Oversee resource planning and allocation across multiple teams within the Consulting Practice.
• Understand team members' skills and availability to match them with project requirements.
• Collaborate with team leaders on staffing decisions and priorities through regular check-ins.
• Identify and resolve resource gaps and delivery risks, managing holiday requests as needed.
• Serve as a point of contact for consultants regarding staffing and workload balance.
• Build relationships within the Consulting Practice to support effective staffing decisions.
• Contribute to improvements in resourcing processes and planning routines.
