Job summary

The Requirements Manager plays a crucial role in managing the requirements baseline, ensuring traceability, and preparing documentation for installation, testing, and service approvals. This position is responsible for defining and maintaining the requirements management plan and coordinating reviews with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Over 5–7 years of experience in requirements management within rail, infrastructure, defense, aerospace, or software-intensive systems.
• Proficiency in requirements tools, traceability, baselines, and verification planning.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage ambiguity.
• Resilience under pressure during critical project phases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the requirements management plan, including taxonomy and change workflows.
• Manage the capture, clarification, and verification of requirements across all systems.
• Coordinate requirement reviews with engineering, safety, and customer stakeholders.
• Maintain traceability between requirements and design outputs, ensuring compliance with governance.
• Report on requirement gaps and verification statuses to engineering governance.
