Job summary

The Renewals Representative for Regional Accounts is responsible for managing high-volume subscription renewals for a portfolio of customers in the Nordics. This role emphasizes protecting and expanding recurring revenue through effective renewal execution and addressing customer needs proactively.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing customer renewals, account management, inside sales, or customer success in a B2B context.
  • Proven ability to handle a high volume of renewal transactions with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with procurement and commercial stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness and experience in negotiating renewal terms.
  • Ability to identify churn risks and expansion opportunities using customer insights.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for managing pipelines and workflows.
  • Highly organized and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of customer buying behaviors in the Nordics region.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage full renewal workflows for assigned accounts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of renewals, maintaining contract accuracy.
  • Proactively identify churn risks and address customer concerns.
  • Engage with customer procurement teams to facilitate renewal execution.
  • Maintain accurate renewal pipeline management and reporting in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on cross-sell opportunities during renewals.
  • Provide mentorship to junior sales or renewal colleagues.

Education

  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience is preferred.

Tools

  • CRM systems for pipeline and renewal workflow management.
