Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Senior/Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
  • Ability to manage complex clients with over 50 employees independently.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, demonstrating leadership in customer engagements.
  • Experience in building relationships with senior executives in enterprise accounts.
  • Familiarity with identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Mentoring experience for junior team members.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer objectives and create strategic success plans.
  • Manage the entire customer journey, focusing on retention and expansion.
