Job summary

This role focuses on leading strategic initiatives to enhance healthcare access through health economic strategies and evidence generation. The position involves collaborating with clinicians and health authorities to develop innovative business models and value-based procurement strategies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Health Economics, Health Policy, Pharmacoeconomics, Market Access, or a related field with strong quantitative analysis skills.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in health economics or market access, or relevant experience in hospitals or regions involving data analysis and innovation projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork.
• Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for success.
• Comfortable in high-stakes environments and collaborating with senior executives and key opinion leaders.
