Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of 3–5 Territory Managers, focusing on recruitment and activation of field sales consultants.
  • Manage regional revenue targets, ensuring the team meets monthly acquisition goals of €50k+ in new net revenue.
  • Cultivate a high-performance sales culture through coaching, performance reviews, and field engagement.
  • Create and implement regional sales toolkits and materials for immediate use by Territory Managers.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales France and cross-functional teams to enhance sales processes and strategies.
  • Provide stakeholders with regular updates on progress, KPIs, and competitive insights.
