Job summary

An experienced Regional Marketing Manager is sought for the Nordics region, responsible for creating and executing strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and increase market share in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 7 years of progressive marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a regional marketing management role, ideally in the Nordics.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that yield measurable results in the Nordic market.
  • Strong understanding of cultural nuances and the business environment in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and at least one Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Norwegian, Danish).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
  • Experience in the B2B technology or industrial sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies and campaigns for the Nordic market, aligning with global marketing objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets for efficient resource allocation and ROI.
  • Lead integrated marketing activities, including digital marketing, content marketing, PR, events, and direct marketing.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create sales enablement tools and support lead generation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, partners, and industry associations.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all regional marketing initiatives.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors as needed.
