  • Data-driven approach to inform decisions and optimize campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute regional marketing activation, delivering integrated campaigns to boost awareness and demand.
  • Drive demand generation through marketing initiatives that support sales pipeline growth.
  • Act as the primary marketing partner for Nordic Sales, aligning marketing programs with commercial priorities.
  • Plan and execute regional events and webinars to enhance brand presence and lead generation.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous optimization.

Skills

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (e.g., SFMC, HubSpot), and analytics tools.
  • Strong ownership, adaptability, and a proactive mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Relevant degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.

Tools

  • Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools, as well as affiliate software.
