Qualifications

  • Proven success in driving revenue across multiple markets.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on growth and performance.
  • Experience collaborating across Sales, Product, and Operations.
  • Data-driven with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced and evolving environments.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Ads & Promotions performance metrics, including revenue and key commercial KPIs.
  • Align local teams with clear targets and conduct regular performance follow-ups.
  • Enhance sales strategies for Ads & Promotions across various merchant segments.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to launch new ad formats and improve existing solutions.
  • Develop playbooks and operational frameworks to minimize performance discrepancies.
  • Utilize data to identify growth opportunities and address performance challenges.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure effective execution among multiple stakeholders.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience with self-serve platforms and CRM systems is a plus.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools or automation is advantageous.
