Qualifications

  • Data-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Ads & Promotions performance metrics, including revenue and key commercial KPIs.
  • Align local teams with clear targets and conduct weekly performance reviews.
  • Enhance market strategies for selling and scaling Ads & Promotions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to launch new advertising formats and tools.
  • Develop playbooks to standardize operations and reduce performance gaps.
  • Utilize data to identify growth opportunities and address performance issues.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with self-serve platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Experience with AI-driven tools or automation is advantageous.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and performance tracking software.
