Job summary

This leadership position is responsible for establishing and promoting a robust safety and compliance culture within the regional operations of a logistics company. The role focuses on ensuring adherence to global QHSE standards while delivering high-quality project logistics solutions to clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in QHSE, ideally in project logistics or complex operational settings.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and GDP requirements.
• Proficient in operational QHSE, risk management, and incident investigation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across various levels.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation abilities.
• Analytical skills to convert data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the Regional QHSE Management System to align with global standards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant ISO certifications and GDP requirements.
• Conduct internal and supplier audits, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
• Prepare for and manage supplier, ISO, and center-led audits.
• Lead investigations into high-severity incidents and provide risk insights.
• Offer operational QHSE support to project teams and assist with project-specific requirements.
• Contribute to the global QHSE community and manage contractor/vendor QHSE across the region.
• Drive QHSE improvement initiatives and foster a strong safety culture.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of QHSE standards and risk management practices.
• Ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.

Education

• Relevant qualifications in QHSE or related fields are preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with QHSE management software and auditing tools is advantageous.
