Job summary

This role focuses on driving demand capture and generation for a robotics company across the Nordics, UK, and Central & Eastern Europe. The position involves planning and executing impactful marketing programs that support sales pipeline growth, emphasizing industry-led initiatives, partner marketing, and events.

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of field marketing experience in B2B technology, automation, industrial, or related sectors
  • Proven track record in executing event-led and partner-driven demand generation campaigns
  • Experience working in multi-country and multi-cultural environments
  • Strong collaboration skills with sales and channel teams
  • Excellent project management and prioritization abilities
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Proficient communication skills in English; Nordic language skills are advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive pipeline growth, including event-led campaigns, partner co-marketing initiatives, and targeted digital programs
  • Maintain a focus on pipeline quality and sales relevance
  • Collaborate with integrators, distributors, OEMs, and strategic partners to co-develop marketing initiatives
  • Plan, execute, and optimize regional events and exhibitions, ensuring effective lead handling and sales alignment post-event

Education
