Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of experience in leading teams that deliver complex projects within financial institutions, consulting, or software/services sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing consulting practices and shaping profitable deals.
  • Strong analytical skills, either technical or commercial.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills to build trust with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Senior Managers to secure and grow consulting engagements.
  • Drive consulting excellence in sales, delivery, and resource management.
  • Ensure successful project delivery across all clients in the region.
  • Align resourcing and utilization with market needs and oversee high-quality implementations.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop top talent while managing resource planning and utilization.
  • Shape and execute the Consulting strategy in collaboration with leadership.

Skills

  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to act as a change agent.
  • Collaborative leadership style that fosters engagement and team performance.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with project management and consulting tools is beneficial.
