• Verify cargo manifests against system information and amend discrepancies as needed.
• Address internal and external customer queries regarding freight movements and advise on required documentation.
• Input accurate and timely information into relevant systems.
• Complete all pre and post-flight checks and activities in compliance with operational, security, and safety policies.
