About the role

Job summary

This internship program lasts 4-6 months, commencing in 2026, primarily in April, May, or June. It is designed for penultimate or final year students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an advanced degree program in data science, statistics, mathematics, physics, or engineering.
  • Strong technical knowledge in statistics, machine learning, NLP, or AI techniques is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, C++, or C#.
  • Experience with large datasets across various time frames is a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality predictive signals by analyzing diverse datasets to uncover statistical patterns and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with researchers to refine methodologies and lead the research cycle from idea generation to implementation.
  • Contribute to the systematic trading platform by monitoring signal behavior, tracking performance, and enhancing execution efficiency.
  • Work closely with senior researchers and traders to refine and scale systematic processes, applying quantitative and programming skills.
