Job summary

This role focuses on developing and executing mobile push engagement strategies to enhance user onboarding, retention, and re-engagement. The position is ideal for a marketing professional with a few years of experience looking to take ownership of the push engagement channel.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in CRM, mobile marketing, or engagement marketing.
  • Strong understanding of mobile push notification best practices and platform-specific nuances (iOS vs. Android).
  • Proficiency in analyzing user behavior data and using marketing automation tools (experience with MoEngage is a plus).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and translate marketing needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct A/B testing on copy, timing, and segmentation to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams for technical implementation and event tracking, and work with Brand Marketing to ensure effective communication across regions.
  • Track daily performance metrics and provide updates on user retention, channel health, and campaign effectiveness.
