Project Support Intern (Data Analysis)

Job summary

This internship offers a chance to gain hands-on experience in project management and administrative processes within the UN system, focusing on data analysis and resource management. The intern will work closely with the PMO and Administration Team to support various projects and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or current student in a relevant field, having completed at least two years of undergraduate studies.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English, including advanced writing and editing abilities.
• Proven organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in interacting with diverse teams and maintaining professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and create dashboards using Business Intelligence Software (e.g., PowerBI) for reporting and decision-making.
• Support system development and process improvement initiatives.
• Provide project management assistance and innovative solutions for project activities.
• Coordinate strategies and programs, including managing the section's presence on internal digital platforms.
• Organize team meetings and events, including logistics and documentation.
• Assist in onboarding and separation processes for team members.
• Offer day-to-day operational support to the section.

Skills

• Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools.

Education

• Candidates must be recent graduates or current students from an accredited university, having completed relevant coursework.
