Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in project and portfolio management within operations-focused and customer-centric environments.
• Certification in portfolio and project management from recognized frameworks.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management across corporate functions and international project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Global Customer Experience (GCX) project portfolio to meet operational and company objectives.
• Oversee project tracking and alignment with the GCX management team, ensuring effective prioritization and reviews.
• Serve as the primary liaison between GCX and the Global Operations Strategy Office.
• Enhance portfolio and project management practices to ensure customer-centric and scalable solutions.
• Lead select cross-functional projects from planning to delivery.
• Assist in change management activities and communication for key initiatives.
• Support the planning and execution of GCX global meetings, including agenda preparation and action tracking.
