Job summary

This role involves leading project teams to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives within the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) Program. The position focuses on structured project management in a complex environment, emphasizing sustainability in packaging solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, Production, or a related field.
• 3-8 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering projects in complex settings.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assigned project workstreams from planning to delivery.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Motivate and align cross-functional project teams.
• Coordinate with local, regional, and global stakeholders for effective execution.
• Monitor project milestones, risks, and actions to ensure progress.
• Prepare project updates and documentation for stakeholders.
• Proactively identify challenges and facilitate problem-solving.
