Job summary

The role involves overseeing the planning and execution of installation and maintenance projects within the EMEA region, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met. Qualifications

• Excellent administrative skills with a focus on detail and documentation.
• Technical aptitude to navigate project requirements effectively.
• Understanding of customer perspectives and balancing expectations with operational execution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in French is essential; knowledge of Italian and Spanish is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage turnkey and non-turnkey installation and maintenance projects, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate project activities from handover to completion, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
• Maintain structured project documentation, including plans, status updates, and meeting summaries.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies, including contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with required standards and deliverables prior to installation.
• Serve as the main contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring proactive communication.
• Assess the need for in-person customer engagement and travel as necessary to establish project alignment.
• Provide transparency regarding project progress, risks, and next steps.
