Project Manager (Machinery & Production, Food Industry)

Job summary

Lead and deliver technical investment projects within the poultry sector, focusing on brownfield environments where existing operations must continue during improvements. Manage the entire project lifecycle from analysis and design to implementation and handover, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in leading technical or engineering-related projects.
• Experience with project budgeting, planning, and scheduling.
• Background in the food industry or experience with automation/AI in technical settings is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, schedule, and execute technical projects with an emphasis on progress, quality, and delivery.
• Develop factory layouts and analyze process flows for new installations and improvements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure effective solutions.
• Drive project completion across multiple production sites, balancing technical needs with operational realities.

Education
