Project Manager (Hardware Product Quality)

Job summary

The role involves managing hardware product quality for medical devices, specifically hearing solutions. You will coordinate a team of quality specialists and ensure that products meet customer expectations, reliability targets, and regulatory compliance throughout development and industrialization.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or a relevant field.
• Experience in R&D or project management is preferred.
• Technical understanding of mechanics, materials, and failure mechanisms is required.
• Experience in electronics, materials science, manufacturing technologies, or hardware development is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SAFe or other agile development frameworks is a plus.
