Job summary

As a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in Business Development, you will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and transformations within an international retail organization. You will collaborate closely with Executive Management and various teams to identify opportunities and address business challenges.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in project management, consulting, PMO, strategy, or business development for Project Manager role.
• 7+ years of relevant experience for Senior Project Manager role, focusing on complex transformation programs.
• Strong project/program management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strategic mindset with strong business acumen; retail experience is advantageous.
• Proficient in executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in change management and facilitation.
• Proven ability to drive execution and achieve results.

Responsibilities
