Project Manager

Job summary

As a Project Manager in the Subsea Production Systems business, you will lead complex international projects, ensuring they are executed safely, on time, within budget, and meet contractual obligations. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across various functions and serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in complex, international settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and align teams across functions.
• Self-motivated and commercially aware with a focus on building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from contract handover through execution and close-out.
• Coordinate efforts among Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance teams.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers during project execution.

Skills

• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a matrix organization.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in project management or related fields.

Tools

• Familiarity with project management software and tools is advantageous.
