Project Manager

Job summary

The role involves managing a portfolio of small to mid-size projects within Aftersales and New Build/Capital Sales, requiring a structured, proactive, and customer-focused approach. The Project Manager will oversee approximately 30 active projects, ensuring delivery according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or related fields in a technical environment.
• Strong technical understanding of marine, mechanical, or industrial equipment.
• Experience in managing customer and supplier relationships in a project-driven setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP, CRM, or project management tools.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of projects from order handover through delivery and closure.
• Coordinate project progress across planning, procurement, documentation, and logistics.
• Own project planning, including schedules, milestones, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and project governance.
• Monitor project financial performance and manage customer communication.
