Project Manager

Job summary

This role involves leading internal projects and supporting business development activities within the renewable energy sector. The position is a parental leave cover expected to last from September 15th, 2026, to June 15th, 2027.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration & Economics, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional experience in the energy industry is advantageous but not required.
• Effective communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Structured problem-solving approach and initiative.
• Collaborative mindset for working in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage internal projects to enhance business processes and operational efficiency.
• Support business development activities by developing and implementing improvement initiatives.
• Act as a sparring partner for the line organization on problem-solving and development activities.
• Maintain and update documentation reflecting changes in processes and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and sustain process improvements.
