Project Lead (Remote)

Job summary

The role involves leading transformation initiatives focused on enhancing the organization's operating model. The Project Lead will work within the People team, reporting to senior HR leadership, and will be responsible for translating design principles into actionable organization design and governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating model and business architecture design, including governance frameworks and decision rights.
• Strong background in organization design, including organizational assessment and capability mapping.
• Proven track record in managing complex transformation projects and maintaining delivery governance.
• Experience in organizational change management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate senior leader design workshops to address design questions and drive decisions.
• Develop detailed organization design options and operating model artifacts.
• Build and test organization design scenarios to evaluate business impact and implementation readiness.
• Ensure alignment of design decisions with other transformation initiatives.
• Maintain project governance, including tracking risks and actions.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure designs are compliant and implementable.
• Support implementation planning and adoption activities.
