Project Controls Manager (On-site, Denmark)

Job summary

An experienced Project Controls Manager is needed to oversee a significant Data Centre project in Denmark. The role involves driving the project to completion while adhering to time and cost control requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years' experience in Project Controls, preferably in mission critical environments.
• Strong understanding of cost control, performance measurement, and project scheduling.
• Experience with construction contractual documents and modifications.
• Background in managing multiple projects within Mission Critical & Data-Centres or Life Sciences sectors.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet project deadlines.
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project controls function, including budgets, schedules, and resource management.
• Supervise the on-site Planning Team.
• Monitor data related to budgets, contracts, change orders, trends, and actual costs.
• Guide a team supporting project delivery to ensure high-quality data outputs.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and potential impacts on timelines or costs.
• Foster communication and collaboration among all stakeholders to minimize disruptions.
• Manage changes efficiently, capturing all schedule and cost impacts.
• Oversee all aspects of the change control process.
• Ensure construction and engineering procedures are reflected in project controls deliverables.
• Lead project risk management and mitigation planning.
• Manage project financials, including purchase orders, cash flow, and accruals.

Education
