The role of Project Controller involves acting as a key financial partner to project delivery teams, ensuring effective financial governance and project accounting. This position is integral to enhancing project outcomes through collaboration with Project Managers and Senior Leaders.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in Project Controlling within Professional Services or Consultancy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Advanced skills in Cost Accounting Systems and Project Controlling best practices.
  • Proficient in Office 365, particularly Excel and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage financial performance of project portfolios, focusing on revenue recognition and risk management.
  • Ensure compliance with project accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Oversee project setup and maintenance.
  • Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and systems.
  • Provide financial advice to stakeholders, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Streamline financial operations with innovative approaches.
  • Support change initiatives and adapt to evolving business priorities.
  • Build collaborative relationships with Business Controllers and Project Managers.

Education

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
