Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Portfolio Management.
• Proven track record in managing complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and budget considerations.
• Strong ability to drive execution, governance, and organizational change.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Financial planning or resource management experience is a plus.
• Experience in engineering, R&D, or technology sectors is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise systems is advantageous.
