Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing complex technical projects.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project and/or program management within R&D organizations.
  • Experience in the medical devices industry or a similar regulated field.
  • Strong networking skills and a proactive approach to knowledge acquisition.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage 2-6 innovation projects simultaneously, leading cross-functional teams.
  • Engage with governance bodies to ensure project alignment with business strategy.
  • Set tactical direction for programs to optimize value creation.
  • Manage interdependencies and ensure resource synergies across projects.
  • Ensure compliance with KPIs and best practices in project management.
  • Maintain program/project budgets and ensure manufacturing costs meet business objectives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Tools

  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
