Job summary

Lead innovation programs aimed at enhancing medical devices for intimate health care needs. Oversee multiple projects from inception to market, ensuring alignment with business strategy and effective execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing complex technical projects.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project or program management within R&D organizations.
  • Experience in the medical device industry or a similar regulated sector.
  • Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to personal development.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage 2-6 innovation projects simultaneously, leading cross-functional teams.
  • Engage with governance bodies to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Set tactical directions to optimize value creation and execution.
  • Manage interdependencies and resource synergies across projects.
  • Ensure KPIs are met and apply best practices in program management.
  • Oversee stakeholder management and maintain effective communication.
  • Maintain program/project budgets and ensure cost objectives are met.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Skills

  • Leadership and business acumen in managing complex programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education

  • BSc. or MSc. in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Technology, or equivalent.

Tools

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools relevant to R&D and medical devices.
