Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in Commercial Product Development, Product Marketing, or Strategic Management, particularly in the SaaS/Enterprise sector.
• Deep understanding of Corporate Learning & Development, HR Technology, or employee engagement.
• Exceptional communication skills with a strong presence in public speaking and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary spokesperson for the 'At Work' segment at global events and media engagements.
• Craft and define the narrative for corporate training solutions, addressing key challenges in employee engagement.
• Build relationships with industry influencers and corporate leaders to enhance market positioning.
• Collaborate with the Executive Team to define and execute the long-term vision for the business area.
• Conduct market intelligence to stay ahead of competitive trends and drive product adoption initiatives.
• Translate market needs into impactful commercial products and ensure cross-functional alignment across departments.
