Program Director (Corporate Learning)

Job summary

We are looking for a strategic Program Director to lead the 'At Work' segment, focusing on corporate learning and employee engagement. This role involves being the primary spokesperson for the segment, shaping narratives, and influencing the Learning & Development community.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in Commercial Product Development, Product Marketing, or Strategic Management within the SaaS/Enterprise sector.
• Deep understanding of Corporate Learning & Development, HR Tech, or employee engagement.
• Exceptional communication skills with a strong presence in public speaking and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary advocate for the 'At Work' segment at global industry events and media.
• Craft and define the narrative for how the company addresses challenges in corporate training and engagement.
• Build relationships with key industry influencers and corporate leaders.
• Collaborate with the Executive Team to define and execute the long-term vision for the business area.
• Conduct market intelligence to keep the company ahead of trends and competition.
• Lead initiatives that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
• Translate market needs into impactful commercial products and initiatives.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment among Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
