Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• At least 7 years of experience in the clinical trials industry or a related field.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
• Excellent organizational, customer service, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Commercial team to create and execute strategic plans for assigned accounts.
• Ensure cohesive strategies for smooth project execution and regular communication of updates.
• Manage strategic risks and lead problem-solving efforts.
• Drive process improvement initiatives within the Business Unit.
• Identify opportunities to enhance revenue and cash flow.
• Oversee documentation and management of partnerships.
• Directly manage Program Managers and Project Managers, focusing on performance and improvement plans.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to meet global program deliverables.
• Prepare for interactions with strategic partners to ensure successful clinical program outcomes.
• Communicate program progress and manage potential risks.
• Define and measure KPIs for the partner program.
• Act as an advocate for partners, ensuring service delivery excellence and milestone achievement.
• Serve as a point of escalation for unresolved partner issues.
• Ensure compliance with departmental and regulatory guidelines.
