Product Program Manager (On-site)

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Program Management within product development, particularly in outsourcing.
• Relevant educational background, such as a master’s degree.
• SAFe certification or practical experience in 'Leading SAFe' environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct the outsourcing program management team, ensuring accountability for time, scope, and budget.
• Manage programs in compliance with internal Outsourcing Process and Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead supplier selection, conduct contract negotiations, and oversee supplier deliverables.
• Manage budgeting and optimize business cases through continuous financial follow-ups.
• Plan and execute the integration of external deliveries into the core product ecosystem.
• Provide transparent progress reports to senior management and governing boards.
• Refine and optimize global outsourcing methodologies and frameworks.

Skills

Education
