Job summary

The role involves leading the development and enhancement of HR platforms by collaborating with People & Culture, IT, and end-users to create value and improve processes. The Product Owner will focus on standardization, simplification, and automation while leveraging emerging technologies to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HR processes and platforms, and how technology can enhance efficiency.
• Experience in roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, or HR Technology Lead. Product management training or certification is a plus.
• Business acumen with a track record of implementing digital improvements that provide value.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to challenge requirements and drive constructive change.
• Familiarity with AI and emerging technologies that can streamline HR processes.
• Comfortable engaging with users and senior stakeholders.
• Experience in standardization, automation, and digital process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for HR platforms.
• Identify and pursue improvement opportunities with stakeholders.
• Drive the standardization and simplification of HR processes before implementing technology solutions.
• Translate business needs into product priorities and user requirements.
• Facilitate roadmap prioritization among stakeholders, ensuring transparency in decision-making.
• Foster strong stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with vendors and implementation partners for successful delivery.
