This role involves managing the backlog and sprints for a product focused on ESG solutions within the investment management sector. The position requires close collaboration with engineering teams and direct client engagement to translate regulatory requirements into actionable product features.

Qualifications

• Curiosity about AI and the investment industry
• Experience with ESG or regulatory reporting (e.g., SFDR-PAI, EU Taxonomy)
• Familiarity with B2B or enterprise software, particularly data-intensive products
• Proven track record in backlog management and collaboration with engineering teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing client value and technical quality
• Translate regulatory texts into product increments and acceptance criteria
• Set goals with the team and ensure promised outcomes are met
• Prototype ideas before full development to minimize production errors
• Serve as a subject-matter expert in client meetings and user groups
• Collaborate with data vendors and partners within the organization
• Make informed decisions on backlog priorities and communicate rationale
• Utilize AI for research, prototyping, and product development
