Product Owner (AI, On-site)

Job summary

The role involves shaping and driving AI initiatives within a leading furniture and home furnishing retailer. The Product Owner will collaborate with business stakeholders and AI specialists to identify opportunities and ensure the successful delivery of AI products that generate measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, consulting, digital transformation, AI, or related fields.
• Strong business acumen, preferably in retail or consumer-focused industries.
• Ability to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions and product priorities.
• Experience in managing stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Understanding of product management principles and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI and data concepts, though not necessarily a technical expert.
• Curiosity about emerging AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the AI product backlog based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Define and communicate product vision, roadmaps, and success criteria for AI initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate prioritization decisions and stakeholder alignment.
• Support agile development processes including planning and reviews.
• Monitor product performance and value realization post-deployment.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify business challenges and opportunities for AI.
• Develop business cases and requirements documentation.
• Define and track success metrics to ensure business impact.
• Collaborate with compliance stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulations.
