Product Manager (On-site)

Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on product management experience with apps for connected products, especially those delivering firmware updates.
• Proven track record of shipping features that positively impact core metrics such as retention and engagement.
• Strong technical fluency in APIs, app architecture, and platform constraints.
• Experience with user testing, digital product development, and agile methodologies.
• Ability to define OKRs and manage quarterly roadmaps from discovery to delivery.
• Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis of results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Passion for interactive experiences and user-centered design principles.
• Familiarity with modern product development tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Act as the voice of the user, translating research and feedback into actionable product opportunities.
• Own the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment across the organization.
• Manage the mobile app roadmap from discovery through launch and post-launch iterations.
• Conduct structured experiments and define success metrics for features.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to maximize user and business value.
• Communicate user needs and product progress to leadership and stakeholders.
• Document release notes for various audiences, including quality and compliance partners.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Partner with design and tech leads to scope work and keep releases on track.
• Prioritize bugs and technical debt alongside new feature development.
