Product Manager (Nordic, On-site)

Job summary

The role of Product Manager involves overseeing the Clinique product portfolio across the Nordic markets, focusing on forecasting, pricing, and performance analysis. Qualifications

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex tasks
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organization
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Proficiency in one or more Nordic languages is an advantage
• Experience in skincare, derm-cosmetics, or prestige beauty is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage the Nordic Clinique product portfolio across various channels and retailers
• Collaborate with Demand Planning for accurate forecasting
• Conduct assortment and competitive analyses to enhance portfolio performance
• Communicate local market needs to Global and Regional teams
• Develop local product offerings and differentiation initiatives
• Support Consumer Marketing in go-to-market and launch planning
• Oversee pricing strategies and competitor monitoring
• Drive product-related sales initiatives and forecasting inputs
• Ensure accurate product data and manage portfolio changes
• Work with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Visual Merchandising teams for optimal execution
