Product Manager (Nordic, On-site)

Job summary

The role involves managing the Nordic product portfolio for a skincare brand, focusing on forecasting, pricing, and performance analysis. The Product Manager will collaborate with various marketing teams and act as the product expert for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex tasks
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organization
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Proficiency in one or more Nordic languages is an advantage
• Experience in skincare, derm-cosmetics, or prestige beauty is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage the Nordic product portfolio, ensuring appropriate assortment and pricing
• Collaborate with Demand Planning for accurate forecasting
• Conduct assortment and competitive analyses to enhance portfolio performance
• Communicate local market needs to Global and Regional teams
• Develop local product offerings and differentiation initiatives
• Support go-to-market and launch planning with Consumer Marketing
• Oversee pricing strategies and competitor monitoring
• Identify sales opportunities and mitigate risks
• Ensure accurate product data for smooth launches and operational planning
• Work with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Visual Merchandising teams
