Product Manager (Marine, On-site)

Job summary

The role involves managing and developing the Marine service portfolio focused on hull performance, enhancing vessel efficiency, and addressing biofouling management. The Product Manager will collaborate with various teams to create scalable service solutions that align with customer needs and market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Chemistry, or a related field
• Experience in product management, service development, or commercial roles, preferably in Marine or heavy industry
• Strong understanding of anti-fouling, hull performance, vessel efficiency, or biofouling management
• Excellent analytical, strategic, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
• Customer-focused and commercially minded approach with a commitment to sustainability

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the Marine service portfolio for hull performance, including value propositions and pricing
• Translate customer needs and market trends into new service opportunities
• Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of new services
• Identify and address challenges related to vessel performance and operational sustainability
• Manage the service portfolio lifecycle, ensuring services remain competitive and scalable
