Product Manager (Manufacturing, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves leading product management efforts focused on production insights within a manufacturing context. The Product Manager will be responsible for shaping product strategy, executing roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven decision-making on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in shop floor operations is essential, with a background in running or supporting manufacturing processes.
• Minimum of 3 years in product management, preferably in SaaS or industrial technology.
• Proven ability to engage in continuous discovery and customer feedback processes.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptable to various stakeholders including engineers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product roadmaps based on customer needs and business objectives.
• Facilitate collaboration across product, firmware, cloud, UX, and business teams to ensure alignment.
• Translate customer insights into actionable user stories and product features.
• Drive product launches and iterate based on user feedback and performance metrics.

Skills

Education
