This role involves leading the growth and life-cycle management of natural refrigerant solutions within the HVAC-R sector, focusing on sustainable cooling and heating technologies. The position requires collaboration with various internal teams and customers to drive product innovation and market success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or marketing.
  • 5-8 years of experience in product management for complex engineered-to-order HVAC-R equipment.
  • Technical understanding of natural refrigerant-based compressors and heat pumps.
  • Experience in the product development process from concept to launch.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a diverse global team.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (10% - 20%).

Responsibilities

  • Champion product growth and strategy for natural refrigerant-based compressors and heating equipment.
  • Engage with customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success.
  • Maintain product roadmaps and manage product life cycle metrics.
  • Develop business cases for new products and prioritize product portfolios.
  • Track product performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Support sales and service teams with improved tools and literature.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and associations.

Skills

  • Proven ability to deliver results in a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Education

  • Preferred: MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
