Job summary

The role of Product Manager involves comprehensive management of the product portfolio for The Ordinary and Dr. Jart+ brands in the Nordic region, focusing on forecasting, pricing, and performance analysis. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel to derive insights from data and support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced analytical skills with strong Excel capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex tasks in a structured manner.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in one or more Nordic languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Nordic product portfolio, ensuring appropriate assortment and pricing.
  • Collaborate with Demand Planning for accurate forecasting and product launches.
  • Conduct assortment and competitive analyses to enhance portfolio performance.
  • Represent local market needs to Global and Regional teams for product adaptations.
  • Develop local product offerings and differentiation initiatives with marketing teams.
  • Support go-to-market strategies and adapt global plans for local execution.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, competitor monitoring, and price adjustments.
  • Identify sales opportunities and mitigate risks related to product performance.
  • Ensure accurate product data for smooth launches and operational planning.
  • Work with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Visual Merchandising teams to optimize stock levels and in-store execution.

Education

  • Relevant degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
