Product Manager

Job summary

The role involves enhancing product management practices by creating frameworks and processes that facilitate effective decision-making and execution. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Relevant experience in renewable energy, electric utilities, industrial manufacturing, management consulting, strategy, product management, portfolio management, or business performance management
• Experience in developing business cases, investment evaluations, financial analysis, or strategic planning materials
• Strong analytical skills to convert data into actionable insights
• Proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders and functions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior leadership audiences

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the product management operating framework, including governance processes and performance reporting
• Coordinate the annual product planning process to ensure alignment between market needs and product roadmaps
• Develop standardized methodologies and tools for evaluating investment opportunities
• Drive visibility of product performance through reporting and KPI tracking
• Facilitate the development of market and product roadmaps, ensuring stakeholder alignment
