Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience, particularly in backend development within product, platform, or distributed systems.
• Proven track record of managing complex technical projects from inception to production.
• Strong understanding of how engineering decisions impact customer value and business outcomes.
• Experience in building and maintaining production-grade backend services and APIs using modern programming languages.
• Familiarity with distributed systems concepts and messaging or streaming systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with containerized environments such as Kubernetes, including CI/CD practices.
• Proficient in using AI-assisted development tools while ensuring high-quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
