Product Design & Innovation Analyst

Job summary

This role involves supporting the development, validation, and industrialization of new products and technologies within the R&D Development Center. The position focuses on product innovation, sustainability, and cost optimization while ensuring compliance with quality and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Packaging Engineering, Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Open to recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in R&D, product development, manufacturing, engineering, or a technical environment.
• Demonstrated interest in product development, innovation, sustainability, or manufacturing processes through internships or early career experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and international teams.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop technical expertise in product validation and industrialization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of R&D projects from concept through validation and industrialization.
• Conduct laboratory testing, product validation, and performance assessments.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation, reports, and qualification protocols.
• Collaborate with manufacturing sites to support scale-up activities and product launches.
• Participate in troubleshooting during industrial trials and product implementation.
• Support cost innovation and sustainability initiatives through material, process, and design improvements.
• Analyze technical data and provide recommendations for decision making.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to product performance and manufacturing efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
