Job summary

This role focuses on creating and maintaining a comprehensive demonstration environment for a software platform in the energy management sector. The Product Demo Engineer will ensure that the demo reflects the integrated value of the software portfolio, supporting global sales and partner teams.

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude with enterprise software, capable of integrating and demonstrating a multi-component platform.
• Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into clear value narratives for diverse audiences.
• Experience in creating demos, demo scripts, or technical enablement content.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English.
• Self-directed and organized, with the ability to maintain assets over time.
• Comfortable collaborating with Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the 'golden' demo for the software platform, ensuring it showcases integrated value.
• Write demo scripts and narratives that effectively communicate the product's value.
• Develop tailored demo scenarios for specific customer segments and use cases.
• Update demos with every new product release and retire outdated content.
• Enable sales and partners by providing packaged demos with supporting materials.
• Gather feedback from field demos to inform product management and roadmap discussions.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to align demo content with product messaging.

Skills

• Familiarity with data center infrastructure, IT operations, and market trends.
• Scripting or integration skills for automating demo setups.

Education

• Relevant experience in technical marketing, sales engineering, or product specialization is preferred.

Tools

• Experience with DCIM software and related technologies is advantageous.
